Most clients invest between £100–£250 per month for private 1-to-1 personal training, depending on how often we train and the level of coaching support they need.
The most common starting point is one personal training session per week to build momentum, confidence, and a consistent fitness routine.
Some clients choose to train more frequently to accelerate results with their strength training or weight loss goals. Others prefer a hybrid fitness coaching programme - weekly sessions at the start, then transitioning to one in-person session per month alongside app-based training, plus three weekly phone or video accountability check-ins once habits and structure are established.
