Hi, I’m Paul.
I’ve been a personal trainer for the past two years, but coaching people goes much further back than that. I’ve taught karate for over eight years, and that experience has shaped how I think about training, progress, and working with people as individuals.
I’ve lived in Swindon most of my life and raised my family in Old Town. Community matters to me, and so does coaching people as people - not just “clients”.
Empathy matters.
Real progress starts when people feel understood, not judged.
Training should be challenging - and enjoyable.
If you don’t enjoy the process, it rarely lasts.
Consistency beats intensity.
Progress comes from structure, patience, and support you can stick with. The intensity can come later.
Confidence grows through understanding.
Knowing why you’re doing something makes training empowering, not intimidating.
That’s why I work from a private training space - calm, personal, and free from the pressure of busy commercial gyms - where we can focus, train with purpose, and build something that fits your life.
If you’re looking for honest coaching, a supportive environment, and training that helps you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident, you’re in the right place
